1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is obsolete, missing, or back order, you will be informed of the situation and fully reimbursed for the corresponding amount of such product or your order, and in accordance with your mode of payment.

  1. Delivery timetable

We are using your order confirmation date to estimate and calculate the shipping timetable. Unless extraordinary events, or that you have specified your desire to receive your order with Express Delivery, shipping is generally performed within 3 to 10 working days. The receiving and/or delivery date may vary depending on practices used by the carrier, destination, and the shipping mode you have selected.

* It is to note we do not ship orders using postal box.

  1. Shipping cost

You get free shipping with orders over 99.00$ excluding taxes. Free shipping is not applicable on pole guide covers and lifeline cushions. However, we reserve the right, without notice from us, to change at anytime the amount, terms, and conditions of this offer.

The size, weight, destination, and mode of shipping selected, are the elements to calculate and estimate the shipping cost for your order. Your order is deemed to be done in Canada, on the buyer’s Province or Territories and therefore subject to taxes applicable in such Province or Territories which should represent buyer’s residence or final shipping address.

  1. Damaged products

Upon receiving your order, should the product have been damaged during the delivery process, please contact us immediately at:  450-985-5500

  1. Returning merchandise

If you wish to exchange and/or be reimburse for your product, you need to get a return authorization number from us and provide a copy of your purchase. Please do so by phone or by email using the form on the webpage: contact us. Failing to provide this information, we will return the item to you at your own charges.

Exchanges will not be permitted on special orders or custom-made products.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Merchandise could be returned within 14 days following receiving the order, with the original packaging, and in resalable condition to request an exchange and/or a reimbursement. Any replacements are subject to product availability and in the absence of the product, you will be informed.
